Dr. Collazo was raised in Miami and did all of his medical training in Florida. He applies his insight into the native Floridian lifestyle with an osteopathic holistic view of caring for his local community. As a primary care physician, he believes many conditions can be effectively treated within our team and empowers his patients to take control of their health. "The fundamental base of health is preventative medicine." He advocates for a strong patient-physician relationship that is founded on lifestyle management for many chronic conditions. In his off time, Dr. Collazo likes to sample the different cuisines of Tampa Bay and travel throughout the state.
