Her number one focus is the prevention of disease. With a healthy lifestyle, we can prevent the majority of illnesses that burden our society. For the diseases already diagnosed, she focuses on optimizing diet, movement, sleep, stress levels, and social interaction to minimize the amount of medications her patients require. In her free time, Dr. Worthington enjoys plant-based cooking, sports, hiking, reading, and spending time with family, especially her wife and dogs.
