Dr. Reed’s philosophy about the practice of medicine is based upon the first lesson learned in medical school. “Your patient will tell you what is wrong with them; all you have to do is listen.” Taking the time to truly listen and understand what the patient is reporting is essential. She also believes in the importance of sharing knowledge. When a patient understands the reasons for a recommendation, they are more likely to follow the recommendation, which leads to improved outcomes and better quality of life. She has a love for travel and films as both allow for a temporary escape to relax and recharge. She also has a passion for animals, including her own. Dr. Reed is excited about her recent relocation to Florida to be near family and enjoy the many wonderful things that Florida has to offer!
